I went out and checked the euc on the car and it is giving me 16 short flashes... What does that mean? I am usedto working on cars that were way before the computer time so this is all somewhat new to me. I think that the TPS is messed up as well as having some starting issues at times. the car doesn't like to idle down when you take it out of gear so I am thinking that this might have something to do with that? this is my first civic so I am a newbe to all of this stuff.

 

I might be wrong but i'm guessing it would be the same as the obd1 which is fuel injectors code16
