Possible to get AUTO 98 civic ex tuned?
Alright so I'm pretty sure my car's ecu is P2P. I read on here that a P2P ECU cannot be chipped. To solve this problem, I found that it may be possible to convert to a obd1 ecu as opposed to the obd2 ecu I have now. I could not find an obd1 ecu that I could use for an automatic car on Hondata's site. Does this mean that a dyno tuning shop will not be able to tune my car? Is there any other way to solve the problem I have? Please help.
Here is the site for the dyno tuner I was looking at: http://www.locashracing.com/
If my post doesnt make sense, tell me and I will try to elaborate more. I appreciate any help!

thank you for all the replies! It seems like I need to get a conversion harness and on hondata's site it does not show any ecus that can be used with an automatic they all say manual...here is the link:

Would this one work for my car?

and what does the code A52 mean. I see there's an A51 too.
