Default problem with idle when engine is warm help!

I have a 96 civic ex with a gsr swap and a t3/t4 turbo. Ever since I installed turbo the car wants to swing from 400 rpm to 1000rpm at idle. It only does this when the car gets warm. The car has been tuned and they say that its not in the tuning. I also have checked for vaccum leaks and have none, I have even bled the coolant system to see if I had any air in there. Car still runs fine but feels like it almost wants to die when warm and idling. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

have you checked your injectors to see if they are working 100%? also have you done a tune up latly?

I flowed the injectors and cleaned them when I put them in, but they over flow the tubes and I had to shut the machine off before it finished a whole cycle. As far as a tune up i've just recently changed everything. I thought maybe my injecters were not flowing even. But I don't know if it would cause my problem.
