Hey guys,

Well i dont have the electrical manual for my civic, so i need someone to help answer my question.
On the dash light brightness controller (under the vent), what are the functions of the wires? Which is power, ground etc.

Red is usually power and black is usually ground. But it could be completely different. Just test them, a wire tester works great for this stuff.

 

Thats exactly what i thought, but i have the following wires:

black
red
red/black

Now i m assuming that the red/black is just for illumiation purpuses?

Can someone please confirm this!
