Default OBD2-OBD1

So Im putting a turbo in my stock 00 si with an OBD2B ECU and I'm told in order to run any good fuel management like hondata I need to convert to OBD1. So basically I need to get a conversion harness, p28 ECU and then a hondata s200, or does the hondata replace the ECU? Im a little confused about the whole Si ECU thing so if someone could please help clear things up or make any other suggestions it would be much appreciated!

they dont replace it but they do take the ecu and chip it i guess so that it is programable. if you have a question though, find a hondata dealer and call and ask.
