Serious civic issues please help

Default Serious civic issues please help

can some one help me please have a 94 civic lx with a p06 ecu something is screwed up from the previous owner i wasnt getting any check engine light at all i pulled cluster out to see if it was the bulb but it wasnt in the process my fuel gauge is stuck at the top now after it was working fine also after i found out it wasnt a bad bulb i decided to take a look at the ecu i had resistor r77 and r75 that were fried i put new ones in and now i am getting check engine light just completely backwards turn the ignition to on no check engine after the relay clicks check engine than comes on dont know why has anyone heard or seen this

Are you sure the only components that were damaged on that board were resistors? Did you inspect the traces and everything else?
-Is everything stock?
-Do you know why the resistors fried?
-Is the ECU modded/chipped?
