Default Swapping OBD's

I am going to put a D16Z6 in my 97' Civic EX and i want to know if i use my intake manifold, alternator, dizzy, etc and i use a conversion harness and a p28 ECU will everything be good? I know that the D16Y8 has a crankshaft fluctuation sensor built into the timing cover and can i just simply unplug that sensor and not pop any engine codes.

It should be a direct swap if you use a conversion harness and a p28, Plugging the crank sensor in or leaving it unplugged will not matter as the P28 will not look for nor will it doing anything with the readings from the sensor.
