Default Tuneup time ?s

I'm planning to do a tuneup soon on my '00 VP sedan and was wondering what suggestions you all had for better mpg. Are the factory parts the best for frugality, or are there other parts that would be better? I already have enough power for my needs, so I'm not looking for any big-dollar items.Seeing as how I'm going to be replacing parts anyway, I figured it was as good a time as ever for possible upgrades at minimal cost. I'll probably be trading up to a newer '05 or so EX sedan in a year or two, so I don't plan on modding this car much at all.

-Spark plugs?
- Wires?
- Coil?
- Cap?
- Air filter?
- Fuel filter?
- Fuel-system cleaner?

- Any others?
