yes, you can used the vafc to run a turbo but you still need bigger injectors!!!. What year of car do you have?Unless you live in CA, i will just run a chipped ECU.

Injectors will only flow a set amount of fuel based on its size, so if you are running alot of boost and allowing more air in than the injectors can flow fuel to match you will run lean and damage your engine quick and easy. Also, injectors arent supposed to be pushed over about 85% of their max flow capability since it could cause them to inject sparatically.
So, short answer: depends on the amount of air you are flowing. 9 times out of 10 you will need larger injectors for a turbo setup.
