Heres my video Listen closely to the exhaust tone as I get closer to the camera and then pass it. You can fairly clearly hear the difference when v-tec kicks in.

To be honest when my car was stock I could feel it more and the sound was more noticable cos it went from fairly quiet to a screaming engine note. Now my car is just loud constantly and i think the increaced air flow has smoothed out the power curve so I dont notice the change over point as much. As the man said if you wanna feel a kick drop A B16 in, one of my friends bro has one in his EG and I can tell you at change over it kicks hard, damm hard!

say whaaaaat? They're only 16x7

Amg, congratulations, you're the first one to say something about that. I was wondering how long it was going to take. But heres my justification. It was saturday morning, with no one around, and obviously school wasn't in session. I drove around for at least 20 minutes scoping out the spot making sure there was no one around, and I had three people with me covering all the spots where any cars and or pedestrians may have been able to come into play. I had a walkie talkie with me and I made damn sure everything was secure. I went to great lengths to not get caught and/or put anyone in danger.

that is all

^^^ Yeah forty I guess it's just the relatively small spokes and the fact that your ride isn't lowered that makes them look so big. optical illusion

with the b16 you can feel it. its not a huge difference but it does put you in your seat. there is a tone change like that integra too.

On my B18C1, its hard to notice, for me to feel/hear I need to be looking for it. I guess its just the fact that Ive been driving the car for a long enough time, that when the VTEC kicks in, I dont feel it anymore.

Like I said before, I can hear the difference on my D16Y8, especially with my SRI, but I don't really "feel" it. I can tell I'm moving faster, but it doesn't throw me back in the seat or anything. It'll be interesting to see if the difference is more noticeable once I'm finished boosting it.
