Default Where's mine

I have a 1998 Civic LX sedan. Looked under the carpet under the glove box and can find no ECU. Where's dat thing at on mine? Was following a troubleshooting flow chart trying to track down a code 41 (primary oxygen sensor-heater circuit malfunction) fix. The flow chart says to check for loose connections since the CEL light goes off and stays off after the ECU is reset. I am assuming at that point that the flow chart is saying that the oxygen sensor is okay but the circuitry to it is suspect and mainly the wiring to the heater. It says to check wires at C210 on the right shock tower. There are connectors on both shock towers and I don't know which tower the chart is considering as the right shock tower and I see no C210 markings on any of them. Arrghh! It also says to check the connections at the HO2S and the ECM. I figure the HO2S is the heated oxygen sensor unit. Is the ECM the same thing as the ECU? And where's it at. I have found the little green rubber housing that had the connector for the paper clip under my dash on the passenger side and have used it successfully. Thanks again for any help. George

Hey thanks for posting the pics. I suspected I needed to take off the kick panel.
