Default Im confused, please help.

Iv got a 95 civic coupe DX, with an AT. everything is stock, basicly im a newbie. Now if i were to swap the engine to a Civic SI-R B16A 88-91 - Engine Swap Package, check it out at
http://www.jspecautosports.com/catal...aspx?prod_id=1. how would the swap go? considering that my trany is an auto. Is it even worth it? and how does my SOHC contend with a DOHC vtec?

thanks for any help, ul probably be hearin from me again lol

there is a huge difference between your engine and the b16. Huge.

Are you planning on switching to a manual tranny?

First off, I wouldnt suggest going with the 88-91 swap fro 2 reasons.
1)it is obd 0 and your car is obd I and you will have to switch it and it wont be a legal swap.
2)your year the tranny is hydrolic and that one is cable.

look for a 92-95 B16a. its a great step up fomr a sohc, and relatively cheap compared to the b18 vtecs.
