I've heard from talking around to my local honda shops (legit ones), that the mini me conversions are not very reliable. I was considering doing one myself, but I was thinking about it, and a number of things could go wrong. If they do, it's a custom job and no one will want to work on it, and if they do, they are going to charge you up the a$$! If you do decide to do it, let me know i would seriously reconsider then. We've also got a DIY for the mini me. seems simple to do, no problems to encounter if done properly.

In that case let me know how that goes. I'm looking for a cheap power spike right now and that sounds like the way to do it. other than port and polish and boring it out.

whoa! P&P and boring isnt cheap by a long shot. a good solid P&P should cost around 6-800 bucks. and on a sohc non-vtec, its not going to be good for more than maybe 10-20hp, depending on the skill of the tech.
