Default Shopping List for sohc build... I need help

Ok, here we go. I have a 93'dx that has a d16z6 block with a d15b head. I had broke a timing belt while i was driving with the d15. I have always heard that if that happens more than likely you would screw something up internally. Instead of just putting a new t-belt on and listening to see if i heard anything, I decided I wanted to try and build a motor. After a few days of making my wife believe there was nothing else to do to fix it i started. Here is a run down of of my $1000 build. (don't laugh, this is my first build on my own)

D16z6 block bored 20 over and resurfaced to match head
oversized oem rebuild kit
d15b head resurfaced to match and checked for bent valves and so forth
tenzo cai

So, here i am trying to figure out what would be my best way to go. I have the d15 block and d16 head at the house and the previous mentioned in the car. The d16 head has 3 stripped out valve cover bolt holes though. I don't have a clue as to which setup to build. The car is my only means of trans. right now. My brother who has been my go to guy for performance, died a year and a half ago right before i did my solo build. If he was still around i probably wouldn't be here but I have no where else to turn and he loved this site. He said it helped him learn the things he knew. But i always thought i would have him instead. So anyways, I have around $2000 this time and want to do it right.
