i would just put the 4000 grand into like the si you want to get and i bet with internals and turbo and tuning you can be over 300hp on like 15-18psi of boost....

 

Hey! I take it you're in Salt Lake City then? Courtney (at some point) will be tuning my boosted sol too.
For your goals, I'd say just go with the d16z6. If you pull the motor, put forged pistons, rods, and arp headstuds in, you'll be good to upwards of 400whp with a good tune (which you'll be getting). You don't need to sleeve the block or do any head work. Just those three things will get you where you need to be. SO basicaly, instead of blowing 2K on a B16 swap, building it to hold 300whp, and THEN getting the turbo kit, just spend 1000Kish (maybe less if you can find good deals) to build your z6, then put all that other money you saved into getting a really good turbo kit!
