See how much you can get your hands on the b16 for. If it's cheap enough, my vote is swap in the b16 and boost it.

If the b16's too expensive or you absolutely want a N/A engine, go with the h22.

A little more motivation to do the H22 swap. H22 + individual throttle bodies = sex on four wheels. You know you want it
