Ls or CRV?
If you are worried about only 200 HP out of the B18C, but you are going to build the B20/B18 to make the 400, why not build and boost the better B18C? The b18C was made to rev higher with the main girdle and the oil piston squirters. Not to mention not having a hose feed your precious head with oil rather then OEM oil gullys. I vote for a good built turbo B18C if the goal is 400HP, or if the B18C is just not what you want, I would say a built and sleeved and turbod B20 with LS head (cams).
