I did a y8 swap on my 1999 civic lx and since then i've been reving the **** out of it and hitting the higher rpms. Now my throw out bearing needs to get replace and I'm thinking of just getting a whole new clutch.
No because of the higher horsepower from the swap should I go with a stage 1 or just OEM? Also should I just keep the flywheel or go with a lightweight one?
I will do mostly daily driving and want to know what a good weight for the flywheel would be.

Keep stock weight flywheel. The lightweight flywheels cause the engine to rev quicker but at the same time cause the revs to drop quicker. The
Also, you are supposed to resurface it when you replace the clutch, but Advance Auto Parts sells Perfection OEM-spec flywheels for only $60 so I would go with that (also look in their newspaper-ad for __%-off coupons).
If you like spirited driving I would get a stage 1 clutch. OEM will handle the power of the stock engine and then some just fine but stage 1 clutch will grab faster... should decrease your shift time.
