Default 3 angle valve job

I'm prepping to take the head off of my '86 CRX since it blew a head gasket. I'm wondering whether I should do a 3 angle valve job and maaaaaaybe a port and polish. I'm looking more for improved efficiency and fuel economy than performance. From what I've read off of google so far, it seems like 3 angle valve jobs have questionable benefits.

Anyone have any input on this topic? I'm also interested to hear any bad stories someone might have

3 angle would be good, i dont think its worth it to to a port and polish, you will gain some hp but wont really gain any fuel economy. maybe try a tune up with plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel treatment.
