Good news! So now you have narrowed down the topics to search for. There are a lot of topics discussing problems with a no spark car. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,cap and rotor,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors,main relay, ignition switch and computer. Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing

What I'm curious to know is where are the coils at for everything? My cousin was telling me about a time in his Crx that all he had to do was change one out for his car to start. It was a $30 part

I finally got my Civic running Brand spanking new distributor

So you changed new distributors twice?

No the first time it was just the distributor cap and rotor. The icm and ignition coil were bad as well the old cap and rotor. So I just replaced the whole set with a year warranty. So imma return the new cap and rotor I had originally bought.
