Yup. Actually, if you want to up the ante a little bit, look into H2B swaps. If you haven't heard of it yet, it's an H22 longblock with a B-series transmission. You'll have a standard rod-type shift linkage (as opposed to the cable shifter for the H22) so there's no cutting apart your floor pan. You'd also be able to use cheaper Integra axles (as opposed to h22 swap specific axles) and would be able to use B-series transmission mounts. Also, you can choose which transmission you want, meaning possibly better gearing for your application (or if you really want to get technical, you could buy two B-series transmissions and mix-and-match the gears to get the ratios you want). The downside is it's like an extra $1,000 for the adapter kit, you'd have to buy a B-series transmission, and you'd have an H-series transmission sitting around.

are the h's or b's geared better? to be honest with you i'm probably going to do an h swap then down the road boost it. then when i get out of the army i'll to the 2jz in a hatch shell that i will find and purchase. then i'll have a beast h22. and an ultra beast 2jz hatch. woot.

I posted a video a few weeks ago of a sick RWD hatch you guys should check out. They did an S2K swap and conversion on an EG hatch. More RWD Civics are popping up, not sure why but about all the ones I have seen are EGs.
