ac problem

ac problem
2002 honda civic ex....wen ac is on car is jerky, its like im tapping da gas pedal. and da ac output stutters. this only occurs wen ac is on n it all stops wen i turn ac off. advice on wats wrong gr8ly apreciatd...ty[align=left] [/align]
