Whats the deal with amsoil, is it really as good as it says, can it really go a year on 1 oil change, give me some info, i dont believe, i think mobil 1 is the best

 

i work with a guy who used to be a factory rep for ford, and he says all those gimmicky oils that say you can go outrageos miles before changing it lead to engine replacements. hes seen a lot of them through the years. anything over 7k with synthetic is pretty excessive IMO. but if anyone knows anything i dont about amsoil, post up.
