b16 into 90 hatch

Default b16 into 90 hatch

hey whats up, i just bought a90 hatchwith a blown motor.... so ya im pretty sure i want to go with a b16 but what all do i need ? i looked at one online and it comes with motor, tranny, ecu, all brackets and sensors, and all reguired cables ....so what else am i gonna need? HELP!!![]

Mounts, shift linkage,and engine harness (unless you meant harnesses when you said cables). It is also a good idea to replace the water pump, timing belt, and alternator while the engine is out because you don't know what condition they are in and it is easy to swap them when it isn't installed.

it comes with a wiring harness but its out of a 88-91 honda so wouldnt it bolt up to my hatch and what about axles

You need thewiring harness and ecu for the engine you are swaping in. Yes you need the axels from the car the engine came out of.

k thanks im buying everything for 1500 without the axles is that cheap for a b16 oryou think i can get cheaper

you would also have to convert your 1990 hatchback dual point to mpfi assuming the fact that u dont have a si or ex.

ecu,wiring harness,complete motor,transmission,axles,motor mounts,front rotors,shift linkage.
