ok, thanks.. i was always kinda unsure, i was told when i bought it it was a jdm b16a but you know how people will tel u anything you wanna here when they are tring to sell something..


OK guys thanks for all the help, I'll take out the hazard fuze for 5 min's and but it back in and drive it then then check the light again, then if its still doing the same thing then ill check them ohms and conections tomarow and let you guys know whats going on.. car always smells like its running rich and it kinda smokes out the exhust but dont butn oil.. maybe them codes are why .. and is the light on the ecu not on if its all ok.. Post some photos of the engine. Some of our members should be able to tell the engine you have.

 

I went to the parts store in the morning after work to get a tps/ angle sensor and they didnt show anything on the computer or in the books.. I was looking the part up as a 93 del-sol because of the engine being a jdm they wont have it on file.. the del-sol came with a b16a3 in 93.. that would be basicly the same think right.. I wanna get this fixed as soon as possible because its starting to snow here in michigan and i hate working on **** in a blizzard.. Thnaks

The tps sensor i bought for my b16a off ebay sucked, it read the wrong way completely it read full throttle at idle and idle at full throttle. This may be due to the fact that it is jdm i am not sure but I hate my tps sensor I have to keep soldering the stock one back together until i find a new one.

 

Forget about that then.. im better off with what ive got now..
