B16a waterpump
i have a 93 ej1. im replacing the head gasket. while i was in there i want to replace my waterpump. i read that somewhere you should use a b18 waterpump with 19 teeth compared to the stock 22 teeth one. with less teeth it runs a little slower therefore keeping it cooler. fluid has more time to cool before it goes back into the engine. which b18 waterpump should i get, or should i just stick with the stock, my engine is a b16a jdm so i would get a b16a2 stock waterpump right.

well since my b16a is jdm. the previous owner told me to buy parts for the 94 del sol or the 99 civic si. would that mean a stock waterpump is either from a 99 civic si (b16a4) or a 94 del sol (B16a2/b16a3) right? will any of these water pumps work or what im confused.
