well i know i said i was going to get the b20 since the b18 was having some problems but just to inform you guys i took the head to the shop that my uncle usually takes his semi heads to and they found a big nasty crack so we got a used b18b1 head and brought back to the head shop to get it rebuilt and then im going to put the head back on to see if it was the head that was causing the problem. if you guys have anything to say that would be great. thanks

there was an issue of Honda Tuning a while ago where this guy had a B20 and did some serious head work, turbo, and bolt ons and was runnin 320 somethin at the wheel. is it really THAT bad for boosting?

For reliability, B20 is not as good a choice as an LS for a FI engine. I've seen someone run 9 lbs and a 40 shot on a bone stock 4G D15B engine, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea. The car ran long and hard, though.
