i bought this vtec head 2day, what u guys think??? it includes the vtec solenoid , should i upgrade the cam??? maybe upgrade some other stuff wut u guys think?

Cam would be a great upgrade, but you are gonna need valve springs too.

You stayin' NA or you planning to boost?

 

is there a vtec head i can get for my 03 civic lx coupe...how much would i be looking at and how hard is installation?

Thread jack!! Yeah, you can get a vtec head for your 7th gen, but it's generally accepted that the time/effort/money compared to your gain isn't worth it.

and Sniper, will a cam upgrades give you noticable gains vs. just a cam gear upgrade? Cuz from what i've heard i havent heard many good things about just upgrading the gear

 

im running a d15b7, im not sure whether im gunna boost yet or stay na, althought i want boost it takes a lot of time an $$ which i dont have rite now, which camshaft do u recommend me and witch springs and how much should they cost me snipeR?
