Default Cam

I'm ready to order my new cam before I can get my new turbo swapped in. I have a JDM D15B and from what I've read this uses the same cam as a Z6 head. So I was looking at ordering this:
63441ZT Stage 2 - Designed specifically for turbo charged and supercharger applications. Features short duration and high lift. Requires springs and retainer kit.http://www.crower.com/cat/import/honda/cams/d16z.shtml

I'm going to have vitara pistons (75.5 overbore) with King rod bearings. These are the YCP pistons and it says that "These pistons have produced up to 443whp and 300+lbs/ft (on a mustang dyno) on d16 engines."

I'm also going to get the JDM D15 CUSTOM I beam Rod for Vitara Pistons, and I think I'm going to try and find skunk 2 valve springs and retainers. I currently have a chipped P06 but I'm getting a chipped P28 so I can use my Vtec. I already have my brand new DSM turbo 16G EVO III. I'm going to also of course get it tuned on a dyno.

Do you think for around 20psi a stage 2 cam will be aggresive enough?

What would be good valve springs for this setup? I want some that can handle high rpms, I know Crower and SKunk2 make the valve springs I would need, If I'm going with a stage 2 crower cam would it be better to match them with crower valve springs and retainers or would Skunk2 be better?
Thanks
