i have a 97 civic ex. with i/h/e redid bottom end jump compression to 11.6 and puting a 50 shot of nitrous on it this weekend. but my question is. what do yall think it a better cam for my motor a bullfrog from gude, or a regrind from bisimoto or akmee.

akmee cams are not regrinds and they are based off of crower stg 2 cams. I'd vote to go with them though by way of their head package because it really is a great deal
