Default car still smokin

i posted once about this car smoking since then i have put new valve seals and springs. the car has got a lot better but still smokes some.

did compression check again its 195-200psi book says should be 185psi. i dont see how the rings can be worn out and comp be that high.

the car is an 89 civic hatch with a d15b6 . anything u think may cause it to smoke let me know.

The manual quotes that but sometimes it can be higher. If a compression test doesnt make it clear (in your case it doesnt) run a leakdown test. What color smoke is it? While you are at it, Sea Foam the living crap out of it.

Sea Foam

i put a can of engine restorer in it today i am going to see what that does but i will do a leak down test tommorow.
the smoke is blue so its oil, i put half a can of sea foam before but not lately. i thought maybe the oil rings either it be one or all could be worn or broke leaving the oil on the walls.

if i tear it down re-ring and new bearings i want to put the d16z6 pistons, rods and head in/on the block the z6 head only has 500 miles on it that damn 8 valve motor is slow as crap. this is just my beater car dont want to invest to much $. as far as i know the rods and pistons will just interchange i know the head will and i am not worried about the v-tec working.

if anything here will not work please let me know. thanks for the help so far
