Comparsion between D16 upgraded vs B20 engine

Comparsion between D16 upgraded vs B20 engine
I have a d16 engine in a 96 Civic EX. I was thinking about upgraded it to a stage 2 vavle and pistons etc. Or should I just switch it out for a B20? Should I spend the money on the upgradeor buy a B20? What's your opinion?
