I thought Honda named their cylinders so cylinder 1 would be on the far left if you were in front of the car looking at the engine? Either way, all cylinders are low with one being pretty much dead lol

4-3-2-1 as you go from the distributor to the timing belt.

Either way, all cylinders are low with one being pretty much dead lol
It remains possible that compression values for Cyls 2-4 are fine because we don't know whether the compression test was done as recommended in the service manual. Cyl 1, on the other hand, is definitely bad.

With that many miles im not surprised of those low compression numbers. I would recommend a valve job if you think it is worth it. As long as the compression is holding, than you do not have a bent valve. You could also get some stuff that you put into your oil ( i forget what its called at the moment), but it absorbs into your cylinders and internals and supposedly fixes some of the scratches in your cylinder walls, helping to restore compression.

ok so anywasy all that has been fixed for a while now... i put a d16z6 head on the d15b7 block and everything is good to go now sept the stupid starter went out on me today.... thanks for the help and everything... o and my cylinder walls are in perfect shape... no bent valves in the stock head either the timing jumped and the valves where not closing right...
