no, i running basemap, already got with the guy that did the chipping, its straight. Like i said, i think this is the problem. With a 90 reading, thats like...6.0:1 compression. What motor would start with that?

does anybody see any potential problems with this? Im just towing it around long enough to create some vaccum and heat in there so i can get the rings to press out. Im not talking about towing my car at 50mph, im just going to have my dad tow me casually around the apartment complex here.

Not sure about laws. Technically don't see any problem. Yes, you don't want to go too fast, probably Towing around appartment complex does not look like a good idea technically - you'll have to change your speed or even stop and start often. And those are the most difficult parts in the towing. I would prefer a long quiet road without traffic lights, this will be perfect for that kind of job.
