Default Crankshaft Pulley Holder

I'm all ready to replace my timing belt, I've got my manual, my belt, etc., but I look in the manual and it says I need a crankshaft pulley holder, and I'm having a little trouble locating one. Now, if I could find one, where should I look, or is there another way to hold the crankshaft pulley to get it off. Any help would be appreciated.
