D15b1 & D15b2
First of all, hi everyone. I'm new here.
I have a '90 civic with D15b1 4spd manualin need of a motor.
I got D15b2 block with all internal (needs to be assembled) but the head.
Could I use D15b1 head?
Also, the crank of the D15b2 doesn't look good so I'm thinking about using 15b1 crank.
Is it OK?
What's the difference between 15b1 & b2?
Anything I need to know before I start build the motor?
I would appreciate your help.

RE: D15b1 & D15b2
dont even bother with the ecu ......dual point sucks major *****. convert the car to mpfi and you will notice a very nice gain across the powerband. and as far as tq specs i would recomend buying a repair manual for that. but you can always contact honda for that info as well.
