the engine code should be on a square patch next to the header on the bottom end should be able to see it below the top radiator hose on the block

Lowest what? Displacement? The lowest displacing non vtec dohc honda motor is the old JDM ZC/EDM D16A8/9/UDSM D16A1. Basically a dohc non vtec d series.
