Ok, my d16z6 has about 134,000 miles on it and it burns oil when in v-tec. How much do you think it's worth? Someone offered me $300 for it.

That sounds fair. That's actually a little above market price for around here.

How do you know it's burning oil while in V-Tec?

D series Powah!!

Well when I go past 5200 V-tec engauges and the oil pressure is signifgantly higher then normal, A nice light blue cloud will appear especially when I shift gears. I can also smell it burning, and after a "beat run" or race I can see a good amount of loss on the dip stick. I'm pretty sure I need some new valve seals/seats. I don't think the piston rings are fried because the engine seems like its still pretty strong.
