Default Engine Block

I am doing a alot of N/A upgrades to my head, but i am wondering if i should do anything to the block besides a new crank.

No, i was already planning on that, but i want to get new 75 mm pistons, but they only have them in a low compression, and i didnt want to turbo my car. Is there anyway i can get higher compression? Also back to the original question, should i be getting my block sleeved when upgrading to new cylinders etc.
