Default Engine codes...now what?

Okay peoples, Got the new engine put in and this car is running like a charm...up until today. Car had a High Idle so we got that sorted out. Once done we started revving the car and what was happening is that the car would not rev beyond 3500. If it goes beyond that, then it starts to bog. We did the code check and I got 20, 7, 9 in that order. I searched the codes and got Electrical Load Detector, TPS and Cylinder position sensor. We checked the CYP and found that we definitely have to change that. Now, would that cause the TPS throw a code also. I ask this because we have 3 TPS and we tried all and we got the codes. The engine we put in is a D15 series. Apparently the engine that I had in before was a D15 head on a D16 block.
