I have a 90 civic si. It runs allright except for low rpm bogging and when I down shift and the rpms go down especially in 2nd gear in low rpms my check engine light comes on. It happens almost everytime I come to a stop. I checked my ecu and it blinked 17 quick blinks. Any ideas? Anyone know where I can find a guide that shows what blinks mean what problems?
