Engine dies, not getting juice?

Engine dies, not getting juice?
My 98 Civic has 86000 miles on it and it's "putting" as if it's not getting enough fuel. I replaced the fuel filter and I'm still experiencing it. Today while traveling through Reno my engine turned off at a stop light; it wasn't pretty, but I managed to get it going again by applying gas to the pedal. Once the car gets going, it doesn't stop. But when I stop the vehicle, it's ready to die.
Now, I was thinking it's the fuel injectors. I haven't tried the expensive fuel injector cleaner yet, and I'm wondering if it's worth it.
Thanks,

RE: Engine dies, not getting juice?
I had the same problem... put in fuel injector cleaner... stuff like that that you dump in your gas tank before you fill up... also carbon cleaner helps too. I have a '00 civic with 70k miles and it fixed it within a week. No worries man, its only a $10 tops fix.

if that doesnt fixit have your injectors professionally cleaned this is usually about $60-$80.00 (I'm in central indiana)
also have your computer tested you could have a bad fuel map driver expensive but easy to fix
