Default Engine Mods Suggestions

I have been searching around forums, websites and magazines for mods that I want to do to my car. Unfortunately I haven't found exactly what I am looking for.. (Trying to gain more HP)/
I have an 03 Civic Ex ( Engine code D17A2) coupe, (AT unfortunately) with Greddy Cat-Back exhaust, AEM pullies, and AEM Air Intake.

Anyhow this is my first post and wanted suggestions that I could do to upgrade the performance. I've read many issues with modifications of this Engine and I am think that there isn't a whole lot more I can do. If you were in my shoes and had $1.5k to spend, would you on this or wait for a future car?

Thanks

Well, I'd first like to say welcome to the forums!

Anway, moving on to your question: as far as basic bolt-ons go, you have most of your bases covered. You are, however, still missing one important one: a header. But, since you have $1500 to spend, I'd skip that. For $1500, you can piece together quite a nice turbo kit (with money to spare). In all honesty, with our small-displacement engines, forced induction is the only real way to gain any respectable amount of horsepower. If you decide to go with a turbo, here's a handy guide for what you'll need to buy:

thanks for the response....I went to www.dezod.com and I saw a turbo kit though I would need to get ECU system kit though overall it was going to cost me $3500, so I may have to wait a bit. But hell if I want it as bad as I believe I do, then it;s definitely going to be worth the wait.....

edit, I have a header too. sorry meant to add that
