Fastest out of stock Civic motors, Honda motors, or any motor that can be fit? Although you may think so, you aren't the first person to ask something like this. Have you researched the Hp output of the stock motors? This is on Wikipedia. Have you research common engine swaps into this chassis? If so, those engine's HP output should be on wiki, too. It doesn't seem like you have done a lick of research.
