never seen someone pull pistons out with the block still in the car! but first for everything, im still trying the get the y7 pulley off my new block so i can get everything out of the bottom end.. gonna need a chain wrench i hear, but are you just going to drop new pistons in or hone the block so there arnt any scratches in the cylinder walls?

Well, i called it a day after the first piston because it took soooo long to get the bottom half of the main journals off. After being bolted to the bottom end for 12 years, it did not want to come off easily. So, anyways, cylinder 1 looks perfect, no scratches, so as long as the others are like it, dont think i will have to worry about hone.
