+1. i drove perfectly the first time when my dad 'taught' me how to drive stick (well not quite perfectly...i chirped the tires a bit, but i didnt stall and i hit all my shifts to 3rd)

haha okay, well i have the d16y8 right now in my 2000 ex, any ideas for upgrade?

h22 or a GSR if you can afford it

go for the H22, which should be cheaper.

GSR engines are becoming like gold.

i sure wish i could afford a JDM Type R engine... actually, for that much, i almost get a used k20. jeezis.

i'd just be buying the engine block right... would everything still fit?

...just did some research and i would keep everything from the h22 like the cat and stuff for emissions right?

i'm new at engine swaps if you guys cant' tell [8D]

No, you would be buying the entire engine and transmission.
