Default engine shop?

anybody know of a good engine shop thatll build a engine to what you want. im wanting to be able to send a used d16y8 off to a engine shop and have them build it to be able to handel 200 to 300hp safely. i plan on boosting it to get my 200 - 300hp, i just want to make sure the internals can hold up to the power. yes im a noob but im trying to put a full plan together with parts and cost and so on. any advice would be helpful and greatful.

Wes

Google "performance shops in [your zip code]", call them, and ask. That is the best way to go about doing this IMO. Or you could do it yourself.

I'm sure some may be better than others. Have you ever checked out CarolinaHondas.com? They may have more information as they seem more local to you. Also, maybe a shop or two are on the site as sponsors, which usually is a good sign.
