You guys don't think I could get over 150 hp with h/i/e (header-back exhaust), bored out, added valves, performance pulleys, pistons, and chipped?

I was talking to this guy at a shop that builds engines and he was telling me that when you bore out the engine you can add another valve to each place to put more air and fuel in.

I was talking to OP, but you're not that much more advanced:-D
BCivic93, you can not add A valve, you can put in larger valves if that's what was meant. I suggest you read up A LOT about engines and their workigns before you start doing anything.

Depends on the motor. I think they head usually has higher limitations than than the bottom end.
