Default Gear Grind

I have a 1999 civic sir (si USA), when I am Racing and I shift hard I get gear grind. it is a TSB but is Expensive to fix if the dealer does it. I was wondering if anybody has any info on it that might help me or that I would be Interested in?

what do you mean shift hard? like shift faster than normal or powershift with the gas down when you hit the clutch?
