h22's are cheaper and arnt as popular as the b-series plus a new company just cam out that has an adapter plate to use a b-series tranny on a h-series. that would be so nasty

i always heard that if you go withan h22 swap, to go with a supercharger, cuzonce the boost kicks in on a h22 with a turbo its almost impossible to get traction. maybe somebody knows more than i do about that, its just what i heard. also h22 kill your steeing. it would be great for drag tho. personally im partial to the b18 they're sweet

It's possible, and it's a tight fit. I beleive you need to changed your motor mounts. I think you outa swap in a b series. heres why. First of all, they are lighter. alot lighter. Second of all, they are easier to put in. and Third they have lots of power. don't be fooled by the 200 hp.
false......from Honda-Tech.

also from H-T, a litlte more info about the H22 swap:

H22/JDM F20B

Pros
200 hp
H22=156 ft/lbs torque
F20B=145 ft/lbs torque
Great torque
DONT WEIGH THAT MUCH MORE THAN A B SWAP!!
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=684550

Cons
Harder to install than a B/D motor
transmission feel is vague IMHO
Less info out there for the swap (aka, less experience as they are less common)
Price of swap is comperable to a B18C5 after everything is said and done (mounts, etc)
